Teeinblue fees, explained
Teeinblue's Shopify plan is $49 a month with 100 orders included. After that every order carries a fee. Etsy is a separate plan with its own fee.

How the fees add up
At 500 Shopify orders: 100 free, then 400 at $0.40 = $160, plus $49. At 1,000: $360 plus $49. At 5,000: $360 for orders 101-1,000 and $800 for 1,001-5,000, so $1,160 plus $49.
Add Etsy and you pay a second $49, plus $0.10 per Etsy order after the first 20.
