Why sellers look for a Customily alternative

The per-item fee is the line sellers complain about most. One 1-star Shopify review puts it plainly: "charge you for the service then charge you again when the customer uses it." At 1,000 unique items a month the published schedule adds $550 on top of the $49 subscription.
