Customily has two parts to its price: a $49 monthly subscription per platform, and a fee for every unique personalized item. The second part is where the bill grows.

How the per-item fee adds up

The tiers are marginal, like tax brackets. At 500 items you pay $1 on the first 100 ($100) and $0.50 on the next 400 ($200): $300 in fees plus $49. At 1,000 items it is $550 plus $49. At 5,000 items it is $1,550 plus $49.

If you sell on two platforms, the $49 applies to each.

What "unique item" means for you

The fee is charged per unique personalized item, so a store selling mostly one-off names and photos pays on nearly every sale.
